About the volunteering opportunity

Private donors are an important part of our fundraising landscape. So far, we have been managing our donors in particular via the Betterplace donation platform, but there are many other possibilities. Get in touch with them, inform them and express our great gratitude. Our projects in Togo live on donations. You can develop your skills in communication and self-organization and help the people in Togo to develop their potential.

Your Tasks

What tasks are waiting for you?

  • Strategy: Fundraising can be very diverse, but we have not yet taken full advantage of the many possibilities. You can develop fundraising strategies and implement them in a team or alone.

  • Donor care: In the future we want to organize regular video calls with (long-term) donors. Here you can contribute to the planning, implementation and follow-up. Of course, it is also possible to organize other events in person.

  • Administration: You can support the team in taking care of the donors on our Betterplace page (writing donation requests and thank you messages, retrieving funds)

  • Inform: You can assist in writing newsletters about the progress in the projects in Togo and create materials and media for communication for social media and website
