👩🏾‍🎤 HR Rockstars watch out: Become a mentor for tech talents from all over the world in their job search in Germany & Europe

🌍 We are looking for volunteers (preferably with a HR/Recruiting backround) to prepare our Fellows for their first job interviews with employers from Germany. 

Your Tasks

💡 You prepare your mentees for their job interviews in a 1:1 coaching chat and tell them all the tips and tricks from your own experience. You work with talents from Afghanistan, Syria, Ukraine, Pakistan and other places. You can improve lives with us. 

What's needed

Ideally you yourself come from the HR/Recruiting area. However, a passion for these topics is also sufficient. At best you know a little bit about the IT sector and enjoy motivating and supporting others 💪.

Very good English skills necessary 

Time required

📆 You can schedule your coaching slots yourself and in a very flexible way. The meetings with your mentees take place remotely. Most of our mentors coach 1-2 hours a week
