About the volunteering opportunity
AbilityAid offers a free counseling service for people with disabilities and a refugee or migration background. In addition, inclusive computer courses (Word, Excel, Internet) and German exercise courses are offered. The aim is to support refugees with disabilities in their integration process.
Your Tasks
You can support the course program by conducting a computer course. You can choose between Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and an Internet course. There is also the option to teach clients how to use applications on their smartphones. A course lasts about 5 hours with a break, the specific dates will be determined together with you.
What's needed
You should take part in a three-hour introductory qualification course (in the form of a webinar) and you have the opportunity to attend free training courses at the ArrivalAid Academy. For the computer course, you should be available at least once for 5 hours to conduct the course. We are also happy if you would like to conduct several courses.

A computer course takes place once for 5 hours.
