About the volunteering opportunity

Shape the school of tomorrow - with your commitment

Would you like to develop personally, gain new experiences and support young people on their path to becoming a teacher? Then you've come to the right place.

If you are studying to become a teacher, enjoy working with young people and want to inspire them for the teaching profession, join one of our student scholarship programs:

Zukunft Lehramt
For student teachers of all subjects from Baden-Württemberg who would like to support young people in the transition to teacher training.

Teacher training mintoring
Especially for student teachers of STEM subjects (mathematics, computer science, natural sciences or technology) who want to pass on their enthusiasm for STEM and the teaching profession.

The programs take place in Baden-Württemberg.
Your commitment - with impact: as a role model, companion and encourager.

Zukunft Lehramt is implemented by the Stiftung der Deutschen Wirtschaft (sdw) together with the Dieter Schwarz Foundation.
Lehramt Mintoring is a joint project of the sdw, the Vector Foundation and the Dieter Schwarz Foundation.
