Upcycling project with bicycle inner tube

Bicycle tubes have unfortunately become more and more a disposable product and a fixing is usually too costly. So in Bremen's bike stores, tubes are piling up that can only end up in the trash. But to mitigate our negative impact on the environment, we must strive for sustainable consumption.
That's why we want to show in an upcycling course, what all great can be made from bicycle tubes.

Your Tasks

• After successful instruction, you offer a regular appointment for upcycling of bicycle tubes.
• Interested learn from you, what can be made from it. You get from us the necessary knowledge.
• You coordinate the dates with us according to your own ideas.

What's needed

• Interest in sustainability and climate protection
• Good German language skills
• Fun showing something to others

Time required

For this commitment, it would be nice if a regular date can come out. When and whether weekly, monthly or other is up to you.

We want the abstract CO2 minimization goal to be actively implemented in the district through concrete actions. In doing so, our activities relate primarily to the 4 main topics of mobility&transport, energy&housing, neighborhood design and consumption&nutrition.
