Marketing like social media at Colorful e.V.

We would like more volunteers for our marketing area in our great and young Colorful Family. Our marketing section includes newsletters, annual reports, a blog, and more. Even if you don't know any of this yet, we work together as a team, so feel free to contact us anyway.

• You develop a public relations/marketing strategy for our association (together in the team)
• You check our existing public relations and marketing instruments (website, newsletter, blog, annual reports) and optimize them together with the staff members responsible for these areas
• You submit proposals for new PR measures and instruments to the board - you develop advertising measures - on and offline - and help implement them
• You contribute to our newsletter
• You contribute to our annual report
• You contribute to our news & blog
• Maintain website calendar
• Maintaining the editorial schedule

• You need a basic knowledge of German for this volunteer position
• If you like to be creative, write texts, are organized and maybe even have marketing experience (but this is absolutely not a must), we are looking forward to you. We are looking for committed people who can work with us to bring our messages to the appropriate target group
• free time management, regularly or sporadically
• Reliability with commitments
• Teamwork and/or independent work
• Knowledge of how to use Instagram, Facebook, etc. is helpful, not a must
• Proficient in using graphics programs to support the graphics team (we use Canva, among others)
• A love of texting or fun with photography or filming
• Desire to work together against discrimination
• Regular participation in team meetings
