Education in schools at Colorful e.V.

We are looking for more volunteers for our Colorfulschool section in our great and young Colorful Family. Our Colorfulschool offer includes creating workshops, communicating with teachers, holding workshops, and much more. Even if you can't do any of this yet, that's no problem! We work together as a team, so feel free to contact us anyway!

• Creating workshops
• Holding workshops on topics such as sexism, racism, queer hostility and contraception
• Addressing young people's questions
• Making arrangements with teachers or school social workers
• The aim is to reduce prejudice and discrimination and create respect and mutual appreciation

• Reliability in making commitments 
• Teamwork and/or independent work 
• Writing skills
• Know-how in working  with young people an advantage
• Desire to work together against discrimination
• Willingness to talk about own experience and identity 
• Time for training and further training on qualification measures
• Desire to work with pupils and other young people
• Open, respectful attitude towards other people - our area of expertise is sexual and gender diversity, but there is no room for other forms of discrimination besides homophobia and transophobia in our project
• Regular participation in team meetings

• Free time allocation, regularly or sporadically
• As a school education project, we are mainly in demand with our workshops on weekday mornings. In principle, you should therefore have time in the mornings from time to time if you would like to join us
