YOOW e.V. - Yound and Old for One World

builds and supervises a project in Malawi. We have half a school, an administration house, a kindergarten and three teacher houses ... and are still building training workshops, a library, the second half of the school, a teaching kitchen.

The information and communication is via the website and social media. There we are looking for a RELIABLE support in the use of a wordpress website www.yoow.org and other media.

Our strengths are solar energy, our project has a closed sewage system and a bio-treatment plant, we do some things that are not often available in Malawi otherwise.

Your Tasks

You see our website and the state of our social media. You are creative and bring website and the appearances on the current state. Your ideas are important, you request photos and texts and create new pages, the current blog also in English and open us the gateway to the world.

You can develop a newsletter or present our exciting project in Africa in pictures and sound.

This project is location independent.

Young and old for one world... for the benefit of the disadvantaged. After ten years of development cooperation in Sierra Leone and four years of refugee work in Berlin, our focus has been on Malawi since 2018. We are currently working on the construction of a kindergarten, a school, educational workshops especially for women who want to set up their own independent existence, a doctor's house and a canteen for school meals with teaching and distribution of varied food from our own permaculture.
