About the volunteering opportunity
We are looking for committed job mentors who will support refugees and people with a migration background in Munich in their search for work and training as part of a three-month mentoring program. We offer professional, personal support, regular training and supervision.
Your Tasks
You will help the mentee, for example, to write a resume, to find a suitable job or to prepare for an interview.
What's needed
You need advanced German language skills for this volunteering offer.
You should participate in a three-hour initial qualification (in the form of a webinar) and have the opportunity to attend free training courses at the ArrivalAid Academy. For your commitment as a job mentor, you should have the time and motivation to accompany a mentee at least once during the most important steps into the job market for about two hours per week and for three months.
Time required
Job mentoring is provided for the period of three months.
