About the volunteering opportunity
We are looking for volunteer job mentors to support refugees and people with a migration background in Munich in their search for work and training during a three-month mentoring program. We offer professional, personal support, regular continuing education and supervision.
Your Tasks
You help the mentee, for example, to understand texts from the vocational school and to fill out forms. You can also be the contact person for the training company and support your mentee with general problems. If you have any questions, you will always have a permanent contact person at ArrivalAid.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
You should take part in a three-hour introductory qualification course as well as regular further training and have the time and motivation to accompany a mentee at least for about two hours per week for three months.

Training support is provided for the period of six months.
