About the volunteering opportunity
In the NDC (Network for Democracy and Courage), many young people have joined forces to do something against inhuman thinking and discriminatory behavior.
We have created the project days "Show Courage for Democracy" and take them to schools, training companies and youth groups. With our project days we want to make it clear that racism is not an opinion, but misanthropy.
All of our project days are carried out by two trained team members, who currently receive an expense allowance of 110 euros. More information here: www.netzwerk-courage.de
Your Tasks
Are you between 18 and 30 years old? Do you enjoy working with young people and are you interested in anti-discriminatory educational work (experience and previous knowledge are not necessary)? Then register for our one-week, free team training course.
You will get to know our project days and practise methodology and moderation. After the training, you will observe a project day and see how the whole thing works before you can get started yourself in a team of two!

- November 18-24, 2024 in Schwäbisch Hall
- March 03-10, 2025 in Heidelberg
- March 31 - April 6, 2025 in Weil der Stadt
- April 7-13, 2025 in Schwäbisch Hall

Our project days take place at schools throughout Baden-Württemberg. As a rule, we are on duty in the weekday mornings.

The NDC is a nationwide network supported by young people and committed to the promotion of democracy and against inhuman thinking. Its main tasks are the training of young people as multipliers and the implementation of project days, training courses and consultations at educational institutions and for many other groups.
