About the volunteering opportunity

The DRK Kiezladen in Berlin Schöneberg is a project of the DRK Kreisverband Berlin Schöneberg-Wilmersdorf e.V. Our goal is to support our projects in the neighboring Kieztreff with the proceeds. We receive all goods as donations in kind, with the permission of the donors for resale. The store is mainly run by volunteers.

Everyone is welcome to join us!

Our assortment:
Children's and adult clothing, toys for all ages, books, bags and backpacks, housewares, accessories, decorations, costume jewelry, CDs, DVDs and much more!

By reselling donations in kind for "small money", we want to do our part for a more sustainable (consumer) society and at the same time offer a pleasant and appreciative shopping experience to people who are in need of assistance.

Your Tasks

  • Receiving and sorting donations
  • Pricing and presenting the goods
  • Selling goods and advising customers
