About the volunteering opportunity
In the form of a women's café, the SkF has set itself the goal of supporting women in imminent or acute housing shortage through female employees and accompanying them on their way to their own tenancy agreements according to their personal needs.
In the women's café, the basic needs of the visitors are met in a protected environment. Hot meals and drinks as well as hygiene facilities are offered.
Our specialists are on site and support the women with psychosocial advice and networking in order to reactivate their resources.
To support the women's café, we are looking for volunteers to manage the distribution of food and drinks and coordinate the washing machines and dryers.

Your Tasks
Your tasks are:
- Having an open ear
- Preparing and serving food and drinks
- Cleaning the work areas after closing
- Coordinating the washing machine operations
- Instructing and accompanying the various group activities (painting, singing, baking, cooking, etc.)
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
You should have been instructed in accordance with the Infection Protection Act (can be carried out by our specialists).
In addition, you should be creative, take responsibility for yourself and others and have an understanding of how to deal with women in emergency situations.
Please note that we are only looking for female volunteers.

You can organize your time flexibly within the opening hours (Mon-Thu 1-5 pm)
