About the volunteering opportunity

The Unionhilfswerk-Förderstiftung is launching its anniversary campaign "20 last heartfelt wishes" to help people in their final phase of life to fulfill their personal dreams. We are planning to photograph around 10 of these moving moments and are looking for sensitive photographers with an eye for the special moment.

Your Tasks

  • Photographic documentation of around 10 heartfelt wishes as part of the anniversary campaign.
  • Sensitive movement and the ability to capture the moment authentically.
  • Working with the Unionhilfswerk-Förderstiftung team to respect the needs of the participants and document their wishes appropriately.

What's needed

For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.

  • Experience in professional photography, preferably with a focus on portrait or documentary photography.
  • Sensitivity in dealing with older people and the ability to communicate sensitively.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the individual needs of the participants.
  • Own equipment

Time required

Once
On weekdays, on weekends, during the day

The campaigns start in March and continue into the summer. A total of 10 assignments are planned. The exact dates will be determined by arrangement. The time required for each assignment is approximately 2 hours.
