About the volunteering opportunity
This offer focuses on editing the ongoing newsletter for volunteer management, specifically for volunteers and volunteer coordinators.
The tasks include creating the content of the campaign, filling in the newsletter template, adapting the templates to the target group and updating the contact lists. The aim is to design the newsletter efficiently and send it out on time.

- upcoming training courses and events for volunteers
- Tips for getting involved
2. copywriting
- Write short, concise, inviting texts about offers, training courses and tips
3. photos
- Selection of suitable photo motifs for the content
4. exchange feedback on monthly newsletters
- What content has been particularly popular?
- What feedback is important for the next newsletter?
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
- Knowledge of web-based text editors, basic knowledge of layout and design
- Willingness to familiarize yourself independently with the Mailjet newsletter software
Time required
An average weekly working time of around 2 to 5 hours is required to complete these tasks. Actual time may vary depending on the scope of the campaign and the number of contact lists to be updated. The volunteer is expected to work independently, but will receive support and guidance as needed.
