Leads the German discussion group "El KiKo - international"

We are looking for a volunteer discussion group leader: Our German discussion groups are aimed at mothers or grandmothers who have mastered the basics of the German language and want to consolidate, deepen and expand their knowledge by using it. This takes place within the framework of an exchange on topics that are currently interesting or important for the participants. Sometimes the discussion group leader also provides impulses (e.g. with picture cards or questions) to stimulate conversation. However, their most important task is to establish contact and build relationships and trust. This requires patience, openness and interest in the people who take up the offer. In the best case scenario, a mutual learning process can develop in a relaxed and benevolent atmosphere in which all participants - including the discussion group leader - can contribute their different skills and knowledge and benefit from each other.
