Support with employment opportunities in the shared flat in Neukölln

In our shared flat in Neukölln, we offer a special volunteering opportunity together with the everyday support service. We are looking for a committed person who is interested in organizing creative and entertaining activities with the residents of our shared flat.

In particular, you will support two more sprightly residents (a man and a woman) who are interested in a wide range of activities . These include memory training, games such as "Mensch ärgere dich nicht" and other creative activities. Your assignment is flexible and offers the residents, including a total of 6 senior citizens, a refreshing change of pace.

Your Tasks

• Support & participation in various activities
• Leading and organizing group games
• Assistance with creative activities and activities on offer
• Flexible commitment for a varied daily routine

What's needed

• Enjoy participating in lively activity programs
• Empathic interaction with older people, especially people with dementia
• Reliability and punctuality for the scheduled appointments

Time required

Wednesday or Thursday afternoon, 3.30-5.00 p.m.
