About the volunteering opportunity
At the Sprendlingen day group, 16 children between the ages of seven and fourteen spend the afternoon after school in two groups. The children receive comprehensive guidance, support and orientation. At the same time, intensive work is carried out with the parents to strengthen the family system and reorganize home life. Close cooperation with the school and youth welfare office completes the program.
Your Tasks
We are looking for drivers who can safely and happily transport children in the Sprendlingen area:
- pick up children from school at lunchtime
- bring the children home in the evening
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
- Class B driver's license
- safe driving style
- Local knowledge within a radius of 30km around Sprendlingen
- child-friendly attitude, patience and assertiveness
- Willingness to work in a team
Time required
Regularly
Approx. 2 hours per week.
On weekdays, during the day, at night
11:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and /or 5:00 - 6:30 p.m.
