About the volunteering opportunity
For Mrs. P., a resident of our nursing home "Am Plänterwald" who suffers from dementia, we are looking for a volunteer to spend time with her 1-2 times a week. Mrs. P., born in 1936, has severe dementia but is extremely friendly and enjoys conversations. She likes to talk about her past and loves to go for walks in the garden or in the Plänterwald forest. Mrs. P. is still very mobile and walks independently without the support of a rollator or wheelchair.
Your commitment can make a big contribution to her quality of life by providing her with company, exercise and enjoyment in everyday life.
