Volunteers for sales in the Kiezladen on Ku'damm on Saturdays

The inclusive company "Komm&Sieh" runs four second-hand neighbourhood stores, the TEXTILHAFEN with material pool, the upcycling label WaterToWine, the Re-Use Centre in the House of Materialization, the logistics kitchen and helps with professional apartment clearances.

You will be responsible for tidying and maintaining the stock. You will also advise customers and work at the check out.

You will enjoy this voluntary position if: you enjoy working in a team and are a good communicator. For the book department, we would like you to have an interest in books. You are a friendly face in the store and enjoy interacting with customers.

Requirements: It is important that you can communicate well in German. Knowledge of English is an advantage, but not a must. You must be at least 18 years old for this voluntary position.

Expected attitude: You are convinced that every person has an inalienable dignity. You are respectful of the Christian faith as well as other religions and world views.

When: on Saturdays between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m

Time commitment: Saturdays at least once a month for 4-6 hours. We are looking for a regular commitment.
