About the volunteering opportunity
Senior citizens with low incomes and age-related limitations approach us and ask for help with assembling their furniture. As it is sometimes not an option to book an assembly service, we are looking for volunteers for this small group of people who would like to help assemble furniture on request.
Your Tasks
- Assembling of furniture, after inspection and agreement in pairs or alone
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, intermediate German skills are required.
- Certificate of good conduct without entry
- Basic knowledge of assembling ready-made furniture
- Skilled craftsmanship

In the Senior Citizens and Service Center (ASZ) Harlaching, senior citizens and their relatives in the district receive information, advice and assistance on all issues relating to old age. In addition, we offer a lunch table for seniors as well as a varied, changing program of courses and events. We are committed to the interests of older people in the district and offer opportunities for volunteer work.
