About the volunteering opportunity
Do you have a large community of followers or experience in building one for our small association "Seniorpferde aktiv mit Kinder e.V."? Then your expertise will help us gain new followers, donors, sponsors and volunteers. :)
We, the association "Seniorpferde aktiv mit Kindern e.V.", secure former riding school and therapy horses their well-deserved retirement. At the same time, we enable children (and adults) from disadvantaged groups to enjoy a relaxing break with contact with horses and teach them how to treat the old animals with respect. The senior horses enjoy walks, training on our agility trail, extensive grooming and loving attention. They help us humans to learn the language of horses, relax in nature and experience mindfulness.

Your Tasks
Help our small team with your social media expertise to increase the reach of our social media channels! Together with you, we will create awareness and attract new supporters such as followers, donors, sponsors and volunteers on the farm.
If possible, you should have a large community of followers that is relevant to us and share our posts in relevant groups or with suitable influencers.
We would be delighted if you would also like to create new formats and posts for Facebook, Instagram and our website yourself. Then it would be great if you live near Düsseldorf so that you can take photos and videos for your posts !!! More important than creating new posts, however, is the widespread, targeted distribution of our posts !!!!

The time can be set freely. As a rule, we post new articles about 3 times a week (sometimes more often). These should then be shared promptly in relevant groups and distributed in other ways.

Association for the sustainable care of former riding school horses
We enable former therapy and riding school horses that can no longer "earn" their own living due to their age to enjoy their well-earned retirement in their familiar herd and environment - purely on a voluntary basis and financed by sponsorships and donations.
For many years, the animals have made many people happy and they can and will continue to do so in their old age. In social projects, we enable disadvantaged groups of people - also on a purely voluntary basis - to enjoy a relaxing break with the animals.
