Would you like to lead your own exercise group? We are looking for people in Neu-Hohenschönhausen who like to exercise themselves and enjoy sharing this with others. Our project is about exercise and health for single parents and people who feel alone. It is also simply about relieving stress and relaxation.
We are happy to hear from people who can imagine getting involved as exercise instructors for various groups. This could be a parent-child sports group, a hobby football/basketball group, fitness or dance. What can you imagine? What would you like to do?
We would also be happy to have someone who can imagine looking after a small group of children while the parents can take a sports course in peace. Is this something for you? Would you like to do it, but don't quite feel up to it yet? We regularly offer free training courses where you can learn everything you need to know to lead a group.

A commitment as an exercise instructor for various groups or looking after a small group of children while the parents attend a sports course in peace.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, intermediate German skills are required.

We can arrange the time and location of the groups together and will of course be guided by your capacities.
