Materials or vouchers for creative therapy with refugees

The ÜBERLEBEN Center provides care for people, some of whom have experienced severe trauma. In addition to psychotherapeutic help, they can also participate in complementary support programs, such as our creative therapy group. In addition to finding relief from the burdens of everyday life, they often experience a sense of self-efficacy here for the first time in a long while and gain new self-confidence. However, due to drastic cuts in funding, we currently lack the funds to purchase materials for various projects. That’s why we’d be very grateful to receive gift cards from stores in Berlin that sell art and craft supplies, such as:

If you’re unsure whether we can use your in-kind donation, please feel free to contact us in advance. 
We can also pick up large quantities within Berlin; otherwise, we’d be happy if you brought the materials or gift cards by or sent them to us by mail. Of course, you can also send digital gift cards directly to us via email :)
