The purpose of the association is to help people in need. We achieve this through
- Relief measures in areas of need (at home and abroad)
- Help and therapeutic measures to alleviate trauma and other influences that cause people suffering.
- Training courses that enable those affected to reconnect with social life.
- In addition, training for other national and international aid organizations so that they can increasingly implement their aid projects independently and sustainably

Target group(s)
Traumatized women who were victims of violence, displacement and impoverishment during the war. We also help children and young people with disabilities and those around them.

Funding
All projects were financed from our own funds and donations, and since 2022 we have also received funding from "Aktion Mensch". We are ideologically and politically independent. Our work is voluntary.

We are all guided by the idea of improving humanitarian emergency situations.
Our project is currently: Breathing to reduce stress
To help people in disaster areas to regain their self-determination through well-tested and simple breathing techniques and to enable them to lead a self-determined life.
Our goal is to reach 10-15% of the population in Bosnia and every country that follows and help them to free themselves from the heavy nets of suffering in which they are trapped after the war. We want to lay the foundation for a self-determined life and break the cycle of untreated trauma.
