REMOTE: Become a flexible job ambassador and help young people with your (professional) experience of jobs, careers and training. You can volunteer flexibly, help young people and can make an authentic contribution with your time in a digital 1:1 exchange so that together we can counteract the shortage of skilled workers, boost intergenerational exchange and provide young people with career guidance that actually helps them.

We are financed by donations.
Objectives
We have built a networking platform for pupils and have a systemic impact on the school system. The platform is introduced to pupils directly in BOSO lessons (vocational and study orientation lessons). The idea: We want to give young people authentic insights into the profession - which is exactly what the pupils want - and therefore want to ensure that training in particular is given a better image and thus show career paths and counteract the prevailing shortage of skilled workers in Germany.
Your support helps
young people who don't know what they want to do after school. You give direction and guidance to those who are undecided and disoriented and are an enormously important helping hand.
