Kreisler e.V.
In the heart of Berlin-Neukölln, in Gropiusstadt, we’ve created a space in a shopping arcade where the idea of the circular economy becomes tangible: broken household items like toasters, radios, clothes, and children's toys don’t end up in the trash—they get a second life. And it goes even further: at KREISLER, everyone can borrow things too—from tools and camping gear to party supplies.
About Kreisler e.V.
Target group(s)
Our goal is to make repair accessible to everyone—especially to people beyond the usual eco-bubble. In Berlin’s Gropiusstadt, the concept is already a hit: KREISLER is a place where sustainability becomes real and brings together people who want to use resources more consciously—regardless of income, age, or prior knowledge.

Objectives
KREISLER was initiated by a diverse group of committed people and local neighbors who are passionate about circular economy and sustainable solutions. With backgrounds in repair, sustainability projects, and communication, we’re united by a shared vision: a new, solidarity-based model that strengthens both the environment and community—and inspires people outside the eco-bubble to embrace resource conservation.
Your support helps
... KREISLER as a sustainable space for the neighborhood and lays the foundation for future locations. The best way to support us is by volunteering a few hours regularly—helping with administration, communications, or repairs if you have (or want to learn) the skills.
