Stadtteizentrum Steglitz e.V.
We, the Stadtteilzentrum Steglitz e.V., are a non-profit association for social work and have been active in the Berlin district of Steglitz-Zehlendorf since 1995. Our goal is to shape the living conditions in the district for and together with the citizens and to support them in implementing their ideas and goals in the best possible way. In doing so, we are guided by our values - enthusiasm for democracy, openness and humanity.

Target group(s)
The Stadtteilzentrum Steglitz e.V. is a large social organization with many services in the areas of youth welfare, family and neighbourhood. Our volunteer projects are "Kiezsterne" and "wellcome". Objectives
We see it as our duty to actively counteract disadvantages and discrimination of any kind. That is why this applies to our visitors, our employees and potential applicants: All people are welcome here! We expressly welcome people with a migration background, trans* people, people with physical, mental and psychosocial impairments or disabilities and people of all religions and sexual orientations.
Your support helps
in our volunteer projects wellcome and Kiezsterne....Families with babies in the first year of life (wellcome) and older (Kiezsterne), who e.g. have no family in Berlin, no further support with the child or children, single parents, twin parents, etc. In this special first time with a baby or child/children, you help to prevent parents from being overwhelmed and you get the sparkle in the baby's eyes and happy baby parents in return!
