Wild Boars Rugby Club e.V. is Berlin-Neukölln’s first rugby club and a registered non-profit sports association dedicated to promoting inclusion, integration, education, and community development through sport. We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds to help us build an inclusive community where people of all ages can learn, grow, and create positive social impact together.

Objectives
Wild Boars Rugby Club e.V. is committed to using sport as a platform for positive social change. Our mission is to make rugby accessible to everyone while promoting inclusion, integration, education, health, and community development in Berlin-Neukölln and beyond.
Our objectives include:
- Promoting rugby as an inclusive sport open to people of all ages, backgrounds, abilities, and experience levels.
- Building strong and connected communities through teamwork, respect, and volunteer engagement.
- Supporting the integration of refugees, migrants, and socially disadvantaged individuals through sport and community participation.
- Creating opportunities for children, young people, and adults to develop confidence, leadership skills, discipline, and healthy lifestyles.
- Establishing men’s, women’s, youth, and wheelchair rugby programmes to ensure equal opportunities for participation.
- Developing educational, cultural, and vocational initiatives in partnership with schools, universities, NGOs, businesses, and public institutions.
- Organising sporting, cultural, and community events that strengthen social cohesion and encourage active citizenship.
- Promoting international exchange and intercultural understanding through partnerships with organisations in Germany, South Africa, Ghana, and other countries.
- Building a sustainable volunteer network that enables people to contribute their skills in coaching, health, education, event management, fundraising, media, technology, and community outreach.
- Contributing to the long-term growth and development of rugby in Berlin and Germany by creating new pathways into the sport for underrepresented communities.
Through these objectives, Wild Boars Rugby Club e.V. aims to become more than a sports club—we strive to be a community hub where sport creates opportunities, builds bridges, and empowers people to reach their full potential.
