Letzte Werbung e.V.

Letzte Werbung is a non-profit and independent association that works voluntarily to ensure that mailbox advertising is only permitted with the consent of the recipient. In this way we eliminate one of the biggest wastes of paper, plastic, CO2 and water and save millions of trees every year.

Hundreds of thousands of citizens from all over Germany and numerous environmental and consumer organisations such as BUND, NABU or Greenpeace have already supported us. With extremely successful campaigns such as the collection of more than 70,000 objections on Plastikpost.de, the distribution of more than 100,000 No Advertising Stickers and the big Bundestag petition "Briefkastenwerbung nur auf Wunsch" (mailbox advertising only on request) with 18,000 signatures, we have brought the issue into the public eye.

Now it is time to change the law and follow the will of more than 60 million people in Germany.

Funding

We are non-profit, but entrepreneurial and do not actually need money. Our expenses are largely covered by partners. Individual campaigns can be financed by small private donations, but we have not yet applied for funding (so that we can fully focus on our thematic work).
