Restlos Glücklich e. V.

We are an association that aims at promoting a conscious consumption of food. Therefore, we have set ourselves the goal to open a restaurant in which a second chance to screened food is given. For example, we are referring to mislabeled goods or vegetables that due to size, shape or color do not correspond to the commercial standards.
In our Restlos Glücklich Restaurant we use the "saved food" to prepare creative and high-quality menues that shall inspire people to think differently about food and food waste in general.

As a not-for-profit restaurant, the whole business will be shaped by as many people as possible.
