JUUUPORT

At JUUUPORT young people help other young people with cyberbullying, WhatsApp stress and other problems on the Internet. The volunteer advisors, the JUUUPORT scouts, are between 14 and 24 years old. They work online from their own PC/smartphone. Volunteering with us can be done digitally from any location. Every JUUUPORT-Scout decides for himself or herself how much time he or she can invest in volunteering.

Those seeking advice can either contact us via our advice form on JUUUPORT.de (response takes up to 48 hours) or via the Messenger WhatsApp and Telegram (prompt chat response within the advice period).

JUUUPORT was founded by the Lower Saxony State Media Authority. The platform is supported by the association JUUUPORT e.V., whose members include the NLM and the following state media authorities: Bremische Landesmedienanstalt, Landesanstalt für Kommunikation Baden-Württemberg, Landesanstalt für Medien Nordrhein-Westfalen, Landeszentrale für Medien und Kommunikation, Medienanstalt Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Medienanstalt Sachsen-Anhalt

JUUUPORT e.V. is a non-profit association that supports young people with problems on the web and advocates respectful interaction in online communication. The association supports the nationwide online advice platform www.JUUUPORT.de, on which young people advise each other if they have problems on the Internet, e.g. if they have been bullied or ripped off.
