Online advice for young people on WhatsApp stress, cyberbullying etc.

We are looking for young people between 14 and 19 years of age, who like to become "Online Advisor" and support our online advising service.

Your Tasks

As a JUUUPORT-Scout you will help other young people with problems on the Internet such as WhatsApp-Stress, cyberbullying & Co. After a scout training, you will be able to become active in our online advising service and answer questions independently. A team of experts from the fields of media education, law and psychology will support you.

In addition to your advising work, you can represent JUUUPORT at events such as gamescom. This means answering questions about your voluntary work at the fair, giving lectures on JUUUPORT topics and travelling all over Germany.

We also regularly receive requests from the press. Here you can show us how much of a press spokesperson you are!

And if you feel like getting creative writing, you can fill our JUUUPORT website with your own articles and write posts for the social media channels.

JUUUPORT offers you many opportunities to bring in your own creativity and ideas to the voluntary work! You decide how often and what you want to do.

What's needed

You should have empathy and interest in helping others with problems. It also helps if you like to express yourself in writing. We look forward to getting to know you and explore together whether JUUUPORT is something for you!
