Welcome to the club, kids!
Since 2011, we've been all about action with heart and everyone is welcome. Age, language, sexuality, who you love - it doesn't matter. We celebrate diversity and we celebrate you. 💙
Together we shape Hamburg with events and campaigns. Together with other associations, we create experiences that have an impact. Through our network of cultural workers and organizations, we bring ideas to the streets. We inspire young people to volunteer through school internships. What else is important to us? Alternative club culture!
With our donation club "Unterm Strich", we have therefore created our own place for diversity, freedom and vitality. Here, a proportion of the drinks and admission proceeds from every club night goes back into the association.

We are unaffiliated and are funded by unrestricted donations, restricted donations from foundations, and income from events.
Objectives
Our goals:
- To inspire people to volunteer and encourage them to get actively involved and live a culture of solidarity.
- To raise awareness of social problems, develop creative solutions and empower people to help shape them.
- Use the diversity of the city of Hamburg to create innovative and inclusive engagement opportunities and implement projects of this kind.
- Working with others to build a vibrant and active community that drives positive change.
- Create more time and resources for volunteering and define social mobility not only by financial success, but also by the ability to contribute to and positively shape society.
- Build long-term collaborations and networks to sustainably support our mission.
- Support the network with our resources and enable people to help themselves.

easy access to commitment for ALL and a lot more besides. We meet regularly for internal and open club meetings. Every voice in our colorful crew counts, because what would a club be without its members? So: come along and help shape your city as a club kid!
