About the volunteering opportunity
Our cooperation partner Samaritan's Purse provides us with relief supplies that cannot be used as part of their "Operation Christmas Child" campaign. We at GAiN look through these relief supplies and sort the items that are in good condition to send them to our project countries.
Your Tasks
Looking through boxes of unsorted supplies and sorting them into predetermined categories.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity you don't need any German skills.
No special skills or prerequisites are necessary, anyone can help!
What to bring
It is best to wear warm clothing as the storage facilities are not heated.
Snacks and hot drinks are available on site.

Global Aid Network (GAiN)
is an international aid organisation which has been providing humanitarian aid in many countries of the world since 1990. GAiN aims to establish a worldwide logistics network
for humanitarian aid and works closely with other humanitarian organisations, production companies and private individuals. This enables us to respond quickly to the needs of affected people in acute emergencies, organise the necessary relief supplies and transport them immediately and cost-effectively to the target areas. Our mostly local partners ensure the reliable distribution of donations in the affected regions.
