About the volunteering opportunity
The Friedrichshain senior center is an inviting meeting place for older people with a cosy conservatory café and a wide range of activities such as handicraft sessions, gentle gymnastics, games afternoons and memory training. Our activities allow visitors to socialize, have fun and enjoy a wide variety of social activities.
Your Tasks
- 10:00 a.m.: Arrival of the volunteers, welcome and introduction to the activity and the senior center.
- 10:30 - 12:30: Making dough, baking and decorating the cookies together. Supporting the senior citizens with motor challenges and chatting together.
- 12:30 - 13:00: Help with tidying up and finishing together.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, intermediate German skills are required.
