About the volunteering opportunity
There are many strong activists behind the commitment against hate and hate speech, but they are often under a lot of mental strain. You can use your knowledge and experience to help support them through supervision.

Your Tasks
What we are looking for:
- Counseling skills: You have experience in conducting supervision and an empathetic understanding of the psychological stress caused by online activism.
- Empathy: You accompany activists on their journey and strengthen their resilience to sustainably support digital activism
- Digital space: Supervisions take place online to ensure flexibility for everyone.

The ichbinhier e.V. originated from the Facebook action group #ichbinhier. We are the legal form that builds and offers awareness-raising and educational work based on the experiences of the group members' daily counter-speech work. We give talks, advise companies, other associations, political institutions and many more on the topic of hate speech online. We also offer practical training for counter-speech in our boot camps.
