About the volunteering opportunity
On 18.12.24 there will be an Advent party for the residents of the retirement home.
We are still looking for 1-2 helpers for the preparation (setting tables, making coffee, ...) from 13:30.
As many residents are not able to walk well, coffee, tea and other drinks must be brought to the table and cleared away after the event with the permanent staff.
The event runs from 14:30 - 18:00
Your Tasks
Preparation of the Advent celebration: setting tables, making coffee
Supervision: bringing drinks to the tables for the residents
Dismantling: clearing tables
