About the volunteering opportunity
Production management/organization in the theater ensemble PAPILLONS for the music theatre production 2025 with 11 actors from the nursing home "Am Kreuzberg", some of whom suffer from dementia, nine children, six professional artists and volunteers
Your Tasks
- Coordinating the respective steps with the artistic director (e.g. creating rehearsal schedules and address lists)
- Coordinating the respective steps with the facility management of the PWH "Am Kreuzberg", the care management and the building services department
- Coordinating the respective steps with the management of the foundation projects of the Unionhilfswerk Berlin foundation
- Coordination with the other volunteers (caregivers for the elderly and children)
- Presence (if possible) at rehearsals and performances
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
- Professional experience in the field of organization (e.g. culture)
- Desire to organize!
- Ability to act independently, but also enjoy teamwork
- Loyalty
