About the volunteering opportunity
Would you like to work towards a fact-based dialog and a strong democratic culture in Eastern Germany? Our Task Force East Germany is looking for committed people who want to develop digital strategies with us, understand regional characteristics and ensure positive discussions online.

Regional understanding: You have a good feel for the particular challenges and opportunities in Eastern Germany and want to bring these to digital activism.
Creativity: You develop innovative approaches to enrich digital discussions in your region and inspire people to get actively involved.
Team spirit: You enjoy working in a motivated group and contribute your ideas and perspectives to joint projects.

ichbinhier e.V.
The ichbinhier e.V. originated from the Facebook action group #ichbinhier. We are the legal form that builds and offers awareness-raising and educational work based on the experiences of the group members' daily counter-speech work. We give talks, advise companies, other associations, political institutions and many more on the topic of hate speech online. We also offer practical training for counter-speech in our boot camps.
