Your Tasks
The principle of a careers lesson is simple:
As career mentors, you visit the fifth-grade classes at the primary schools
Elementary school and tell the children about your profession and your personal career. This event always takes place in the morning and lasts around 90 minutes. Four guests take part in each careers lesson and present their professions.
During company visits, the children get to know you as a career mentor directly at your place of work
And this makes getting to know the professions even more vivid and exciting. The company visit also takes place in the morning and lasts around one to two hours.
Your involvement in the "Career Adventure" program is very flexible. How often you want to get involved is entirely up to you. As a rule, we will inform you of the available dates by e-mail around 4 to 8 weeks before the planned career hours. You check which dates are possible for you and only confirm your participation for these. Company visits are arranged individually with you.
