About the volunteering opportunity
Learning from and with each other as equals and helping people to help themselves are two of the goals of our support program. We offer support from the moment they arrive in Berlin to their actual integration so that we can ensure their long-term inclusion in our society.
As part of our work in the accompanying program, we urgently need people to support us in our everyday activities. We look forward to hearing from you!
Your Tasks
You provide support in finding accommodation, help with job applications, explain computer basics and much more. Depending on the individual needs of people with a refugee or migrant background, you can work flexibly in both the short and long term.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
You enjoy giving people practical support in their everyday lives. You have a talent for organization and ideally also basic computer skills.
You have an understanding for people with refugee experiences and you are keen to gain experience with people from other cultures. Then you've come to the right place!
You are convinced that every person has an inalienable dignity. You have a respectful attitude towards the christian faith and other religions and world views.
