About the volunteering opportunity
As the HANZ corporate network, we want to support young people in their career orientation and provide authentic insights into the world of work via a digital platform. From whom? From those who need to know. With a broad network of companies, supporters and so-called job ambassadors, young people can gain first-hand insights from people with (professional) experience.
Your Tasks
Become a flexible job ambassador: YOU decide when you want to help. Using a simple calendar function, you decide for yourself when and how often you would like to offer a digital exchange. In these, you advise a young person who is interested in you and your job profile or career. Quite simply. Conveniently from anywhere. Very flexible.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, intermediate German skills are required.
The desire to enthuse and inspire young people or simply to answer their questions. We primarily want to shed light on the topic of training, but you don't necessarily have to have completed training.

You are completely flexible. A digital exchange should usually last 30 minutes. We would be delighted to receive regular appointments from you!
Important notice
With just one appointment, you play a major role in making a young person feel heard and will be a valuable and essential companion in his/her career choice.
