About the volunteering opportunity

At ReDI School we offer our students high-quality coding and basic computer courses in combination with a unique career program as well as the chance to collaborate with the start-up and digital industry since 2016.

One part of the career program is career webinars, and this is why we NEED YOU: HR experts/Tech recruiters and IT professionals who can support us in leading the workshops.

Your Tasks

We are looking for HR experts/Tech recruiters and other IT professionals who could lead four career-related workshops for our learners from Berlin, Munich, and NRW. 
You can choose any topic/topics and date/dates you want from the proposed list.  
We will provide you the handover materials, organize onboarding and preparation calls.

What's needed

For this volunteering opportunity you don't need any German skills.
  • The workshops are taught in English.
  • Volunteers leading the workshop should be aware of the recruitment trends in the IT field in Germany and should be able to answer questions related to different IT jobs and needs there.

  • 2 July - Build an outstanding Linkedin Profile
  • 9th July - Master your Interview
  • 15th July - Freelancing 101: How to Start and Succeed as a Freelancer

ReDI School of Digital Integration

ReDI School of Digital Integration is a non-profit digital school for newcomers in Berlin. The school offers its students free, high-quality training, the chance to join the startup and digital industry, and a physical platform to connect newcomers to locals. 

To support the students in their studies, ReDI equips them with workstations in co-working spaces and access to technical mentors to work in project groups. Apart from technological skills, ReDI also provides know-how of digital entrepreneurs, and connects students early on with the local startup scene and potential employers through networking events.
