About the volunteering opportunity
We are looking for committed volunteers for our referral advice service. You will help residents in a shared accommodation in Berlin to find the right contact points for their concerns, e.g. on topics such as health, education, work or everyday issues.
It would be desirable for the referral advice to take place on site. Alternatively, telephone or online advice is possible.

Your Tasks
- You refer the residents of the shared accommodation to the appropriate specialist services, advice centers or authorities (e.g. social welfare office, job center, medical care, educational opportunities)
- if necessary, you support the residents in making contact.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, intermediate German skills are required.
- Knowledge of suitable specialist services, advice centers or authorities in Berlin is not a prerequisite.
- Confident use of internet research to quickly find suitable support services (e.g. advice centers, authorities, social institutions).
