About the volunteering opportunity
We are an association of hairdressers and helpers and we, the Hanover chapter, cut hair and beards at regular intervals at Caritas, DüK and the Nachtcafé. Our guests are as diverse as we are (we're not talking about customers!!!).
We are always looking for help for the events.
Attention!!!! We are not a motorcycle club!!!

Your Tasks
Anyone can join us - whether as an organizing angel, photographer or hairdresser. We look forward to everyone who wants to join us. Either as a one-off "guest angel" or as a permanent member of the global community.
By the way, hairdressing trainees are also welcome to join us, as they usually need a lot of practical experience. You can gain this with us. And our master hairdressers will be happy to answer any questions you may have!

What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
Just be yourself and enjoy helping other people.
What to bring
As a hairdresser, please bring your tools with you. Machines, hair dryers and consumables are available thanks to our main sponsor "WAHL" and "GIESEKE".

If possible, please come dressed in black. As a guest angel, you will receive a T-shirt from us. You are insured by the association on the journey and during the assignment!

In November 2016, Claus Niedermaier, a hairdresser from Biberach an der Riß, Germany, founded an association with ten friends to help homeless and people in need get their hair cut, rebuild their dignity and self-esteem and create a visual fusion. In the meantime, this basic idea has grown into a community, an association with over 600 active Barber Angels who do good in six European countries (Germany, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, Norway, the Netherlands and now also in Greece), as well as in two South American countries (Chile and Colombia), South Africa and, most recently, in the USA.
We are the Hanover chapter and regularly cut hair and beards at Caritas, DüK and the Nachtcafé. Our guests are as diverse as we are (we're not talking about customers!!!).
