About the volunteering opportunity
Would you like to strengthen our team in the background and contribute to the success of our association with your organizational support? We are looking for a reliable person to support us with general office tasks. From administration and communication to data maintenance - your work will ensure that the day-to-day running of the association runs smoothly. You will be an important part of our team and help us to organize processes efficiently and support our work professionally.
Your Tasks
- Support with office organization and administration
- Processing mail, e-mails and telephone calls
- Maintaining and managing databases and member lists
- Preparation of records and documents
- Support with the planning and organization of events
- General correspondence and communication with members, partners and supporters
- Filing, archiving and documentation
- Occasional support in the preparation of presentations or reports
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
- Organizational talent and structured way of working
- Reliability and sense of responsibility
- Confident handling of common office software (e.g. MS Google Workspace)
- Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Interest in the association's work and willingness to familiarize yourself with new tasks
- Experience in office work is an advantage, but not a requirement

For this voluntary work, you should expect to spend around 5 to 15 hours a month. The time allocation is flexible and can be easily combined with your everyday life. Many tasks can also be done on the move or from home.
