Design sports activities for people with a refugee background

We are a Cologne-based association that promotes interaction with refugees by offering a wide range of sports activities. We work very closely with the German Red Cross and the Sports University, offering soccer, gymnastics, yoga, swimming and climbing - there is something for every age and gender.

Annual events have also been part of our program since our foundation, including our summer event, the Grenzenlos Cup and a cinema night in winter. We are supported by a wide variety of people. Whether you're studying for a bachelor's degree in sport, a master's degree in business administration, have already started your career or have just arrived in Germany - everyone is welcome here! What we all have in common is our enthusiasm for sport.

Would you like to organize a sports program for people with a refugee background?

We are looking for committed people who want to give something back and promote interaction with people with a refugee background. There are no limits to the type of sport you can choose. We will help you find a location, communicate with the accommodation and arrange funding. A coaching qualification is not mandatory.

You can also expect a colorful club life with free events, get-togethers, jerseys, etc.

Information on accessibility
The management of a sports project requires the physical and mental abilities to teach the respective sport. However, we would like to expressly point out that we do not exclude anyone in principle. Sports education is very variable. We are happy to design the sports projects in consultation with the management to ensure that they can be carried out without barriers.
