Queer education in Bielefeld and the surrounding area

SCHLAU Bielefeld is an educational and anti-discrimination project. We are looking for committed people to give workshops for young people.

> Participation in qualification training courses
> Participation in team meetings every two weeks
> Planning, implementation and debriefing of workshops in teams
> Participation in information stands and events such as the CSD

all within the scope of your own time resources

> Discrimination-sensitive language (or an interest in developing this further)
> own queer biography and an interest in talking about it with young people
> preferably already have experience in working with young people, but not a requirement
> intersectional understanding of discrimination (people can also be affected by several forms of discrimination; some forms of discrimination are interrelated)

How much time is spent on the commitment depends on the requests and the qualification. The qualification training courses take up a little more time. During the vacations, when there are no workshops, there are mainly just team meetings.

An expense allowance is paid per workshop by SCHLAU NRW.

Committed participants should be between 16 and 30 years of age.
