About the volunteering opportunity
We at HITA are a small but mighty team and have been passionate about making the world a little bit better for years. Without lying - this also means that we save lives, for example in our WhatsApp4PregnantWomen project. Our commitment and our passion have grown and our website has grown older. Now we also want to move with the times and put our website on a new, modern footing. https://hita-ev.org/ Our goal is to make it easier to read and more fun to view for our members, sponsors and interested parties. We also want to design the website in such a way that it can also be kept up to date by non-professionals. We are therefore looking for a dedicated web designer to implement the technical aspects of the website. What is already there? In addition to our many projects and our great team, a volunteer who wants to take care of the content and design of the website, but needs a website creator for this. We are open in the technical solution, whether it is Wordpress or something else, we are happy to be advised by you.
Your Tasks
- Implementation of our website https://hita-ev.org/
- Assistance with the design and layout of the website
- Implementation of technical search engine optimizations
- And if possible, evaluation of user behavior
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
- Very good knowledge in the creation of websites
- A keen sense of design, layout and visual language
- We can speak fluent German and English, for Swedish and French we would have to look it up in the dictionary more often - in other words, if you speak German or English, perfect
- Flexible working hours - we can (almost) completely adapt to you

You are free to organize your time as you wish. We expect a scope of 1 to 2 days. It is also possible that you do a first draft of the new website for us and not the full scope right away. The work on the website can be customized.
